Diabetes can be easily cured with a safest and cheapest mode, yes, here I’m talking about exercising and weight-losing. But a new study suggested that a drug already available in the market can help prevent diabetes. The risk of developing diabetes, especially Type2 diabetes can be cured by using ‘Rosiglitazone’ drug also called ‘Avandia’ that helps to recover the normal blood sugar functioning in the body. So far it is not clear from the study that up to what extent ‘the drug’ helps to curb diabetes rather other factors like change in lifestyle and diet people adapt also found to help curtail diabetes. Moreover, the drug intake leads to various side-effects such as fluid retention, heart failure and weight gain. I believe that people first need to consult doctor before using the drug, as it is highly prone to side-effects. Instead, patients need to prefer exercise until further study in this regard is done successfully.
