Believe it or not but it is true that drinking caffeinated coffee may keep you away from type 2 diabetes, at least up to 60 per cent. This disclosure may give you another reason to have more sips of hot coffee. The interesting thing about this disclosure is that it was found effective on those too who were earlier having coffee but not now.
The researchers are pretty confident about their revelation and polishing out this, Besa Smith, MPH said:
Our findings were very strong......... the next step is to pinpoint the compounds in coffee responsible for this protective effect.
