Diabetes UK announced another research initiative that is happened to be the single biggest ever research. There is no limit of financial backing for the projects and it may last for up to five years. Dr Angela Wilson, Director of Research at Diabetes UK, said this huge research initiative would go towards improving the lives of people living with diabetes. I am in no doubt that, this new research initiative will help people with diabetes to live healthy life for longer with improved quality of life. Research projects will be evaluated on the quality of the science, potential to make a difference to the lives of people with diabetes.
