Heart Transplant Recovery to be slower in Diabetics!

According to a German study, diabetes affects slower recovery in a patient been undergone heart transplantation. The regenerative capacity of the sympathetic nervous system of heart reinnervation is determined in which heart has slower ability to replace new nerves from the damaged one. Thus, there is great need to consider the abnormalities of the nervous system. Moreover, to identify the accurate nerve damage new techniques need to be developed. This can be helpful to develop newer therapies in future for the treatment of the patients suffering from cardiac risks along with diabetes, in order to minimize it. But up till now, there are no techniques developed that can regenerate the nerveous system in a speedy way.
