Make lifestyle changes, protect your kid from diabetes

Children are being obese and lazy and Type 2 diabetes is commonly diagnosed among them. To make the children free from overweight and diabetes, just have a look on the three steps. These steps can prevent your child from contracting Type 2 diabetes: 1) Give a balanced diet. Reduce fast-food meals. 2) Provide water for soft drinks, fruit juice. 3) Switch off the TV, computer, and video games and make your kid physical active.
