According to a new finding by the US researchers, eating soy yogurt, especially with fruits may help you controlling high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes as well. According to an estimate, there are about 15 million Americans suffering from type 2 diabetes and up to 150 million people Americans suffering from abnormal rise in blood sugar right after a meal.
I think this revelation will bring a new ray of hope for thousands of patients with type 2 diabetes.

I found soy , cultured soy with blueberries at my market and am eating it...only problem is this: it has 21 grams of sugar in it. I AM A DIABETIC....can I do this? It says it is beneficial to us diabetics in the article here, but no one is addressing the sugar content: 21 grams. of sugar it has. Please, someone, nutritionist, dr. nurse, someone address this for us. I am newly diagnosed type II, so please: HELP.
