
Strength training has many benefits and this time another study by the French researchers have come up bringing out another benefit of it for you. This new study shows that resistance training could help fighting against inflammation of internal tissues and organs. The main thing that leaped out of this study states that with the help of strength training insulin sensitivity can be ameliorated. Strength training was also found helpful in fighting against coronary artery disease and cancer.
Brining out the similar results, another study has also backed up this fact. Actually, this study found that 16 weeks of strength training whereas improved insulin resistance, it reduced body fat as well and at the same time helped increasing lean body mass by 91 percent.
These results about resistance training has break the old belief that strength training is bound to increase strength and muscle size only, rather it also helps rejuvenating our internal organs.
